Description:
Pavement Stabilisation and Flood Damage Repairs – single-pass in-situ stabilisation method approved by TMR, significantly reducing costs and project timeframe, stabilising approximately 35,860 m² of pavement across a 230 km highway section.

Scope:

  • Single-pass in-situ pavement stabilisation (approx. 35,860 m²).

  • Prime sealing of pavement patches to create a waterproof barrier.

  • Cold weather bitumen sealing application.

  • Traffic staging involving lateral shifts, phased construction, temporary lane diversions, and meticulous traffic management.

  • Environmental risk assessment and erosion/sediment control implementation.

  • Concrete supply logistics and extensive haul distances.

  • Cold weather sealing conditions and wet weather delays.

  • Complex phased traffic staging and diversions.
